Its always enjoyable when you can listen to an audio book while drawing. In this case I was flipping out because the audio book I was listening to was dreadfully depressing since the characters reminded me far to much of myself. This work seemed a bit depressing as a result.

However much the sketch depressed me while drawing it the colored made up for it. You might notice me breaking in my new water colored pencil with the yellow shining out of the window. Great effect! I plan on getting more of them.

Touched up with pencil paint and a few other small detail works this picture is a sight to behold. Notice the sea in the background, upper left corner.
