The aquatic is one of my earlier drawings. It is one of those drawings that was done early enough in the process that it does not have a sketch to go with it. You can see the discoloration effect left by the camera's failure to pick up all the colors in the original version while the digital version has highlighted those discolorations on account of the high saturation of light as a light blue. The digital uses a tri-tone effect in order to make something of what is otherwise a simple trial run at making simple patters work together.
